The relaxing bio-herbs sauna, including the low temperature sauna with a pleasant temperature of 55 °C and mild herb essences stimulate your senses. In contrast to the Finnish sauna, the temperatures in the bio sauna are between 40 °C and 60 °C, which means that it is very gentle to the circulation and the sessions are longer than in the normal sauna, ca. 15-30 Minuten, the rest of the procedure is the same.
